Complete Adoration

I honestly don't know whether Alex adores Evan more or if Evan adores Alex more.



I cannot imagine that there has ever been a better older sibling than Alex. He loves Evan and is so patient with him. He is never jealous or frustrated and is always so loving with his brother.

And, Evan squeals and squawks with delight at the sight of his big brother. Alex is complete entertainment for him.

5 Months Old

Evan turned five months old on Monday! Wow, where has the time gone?

To celebrate we gave Evan his first taste of veggies. We decided to start with the oh so delicious sweet potatoes, as they were one of Alex's favorites. Evan ended up eating the entire container. By the looks of the picture, he may have regretted finishing off the last few bites...

Prairie Dog Park

We took the boys out to Red Bud Park in Abilene this past Sunday. It was a gorgeous day, and I wanted to take Alex to see the Prairie Dogs. What a treat we were in for! Apparently most baby prairie dogs are born in April and May, so we were able to see so many prairie dog families!



The boys also enjoyed playing on the playground equipment with Gary. He is such a fun dad :)
